Giveaway Prize - Wishing Tree Campaign:
Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Giveaway Prize - Wishing Tree Campaign ("Campaign") is open globally to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of CHRISTOPHER GUY and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period:
The Campaign will be active from 1st September to midnight on 15th December 2023 GMT. Entries received beyond this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
To participate, follow these steps during the Campaign Period:

- Visit the designated https://www.christopherguy.com/wishing-tree
- Follow the provided instructions to enter the Campaign.
- Choose one Christopher Guy item from the pre-selected options to be your desired prize.

4. Prize Selection and Notification:
One winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period. The winner will be contacted via the email provided during entry within 7 days after the Campaign concludes. The winner must respond within 10 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner being selected.

5. Prize Options:
The winner will have the opportunity to select one prize from the following pre-selected options.

- Camilla Mirror Size A 20C Silver Finish
- Kandinsky Chair 21C Gold Finish; Fabric Herald3 0792
- Pablo Table Tabac / Bronzage Finish
- Le Lotus Bianchi Finish
- Bonzai Tree Bronzage Finish

No cash prize alterative will be offered.

6. Custom Production;
Due to the custom hand-made production of the chosen Christopher Guy item, the winner must acknowledge that manufacturing will commence only after the final confirmation of the winner’s details, including their full name and country of residence. The production lead time is estimated to be approximately 10 working weeks excluding delivery following confirmation of the order.

7. Prize Delivery:
The delivery lead time for the prize item will vary based on the geographical location of the winner. Christopher Guy is not responsible for any logistical delays that may occur during the delivery process.

Kindly take note that for the competition a door-to-door delivery is included and accompanied by the assurance that any applicable customs duties and imported taxes are duly covered.

Delivery will be made as promptly as possible. Please allow up to 16 weeks depending on the delivery area.

8. Quality Assurance and Claims:
As Christopher Guy items are meticulously handcrafted, each piece possesses unique characteristics, resulting in slight variations in finishes, fabric, and imperfections inherent to the materials. While these distinctions contribute to the artisanal charm, we acknowledge that exceptional quality is paramount.

Upon delivery, should the winner identify any concerns regarding the quality of the received item that fall outside of the expected variations or characteristics, a claim must be submitted to the Christopher Guy Customer Service team. The claim should include clear images highlighting the perceived quality issue.

In cases where the delivered item is severely damaged or broken, the winner must notify Christopher Guy Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery, with documented evidence. Upon review and verification of the claim, Christopher Guy will take the necessary steps to replace the damaged item. Please note that any replacement process may require additional time.

Christopher Guy is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our winner and will diligently address any legitimate quality concerns through replacement and/or re-delivery where deemed necessary.

The final decision on any repair or replacement rests with Christopher Guy.

9. General Conditions:
By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Christopher Guy.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Christopher Guy reserves the right to disqualify entries that fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or disrupt the entry process.

Christopher Guy retains the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Campaign at its sole discretion.

10. Personal Data:
By participating in the Campaign, entrants provide consent for the collection, processing, and utilization of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Campaign and contacting the winner, and for any future marketing purposes on the part of Christopher Guy. Personal data will be treated in strict confidence and will not be shared with Third Parties.
