1. How will I know that you have received and processed my order?
You will receive a Confirmation email notification (between 1 – 3 working days) showing a summary of your order details once we have processed your order. Please make sure you have provided us an accurate email address. We will send you subsequent email(s)
to the same email address when your order is ready to ship, ships or any order related information.
2. Can I still cancel my order after order confirmation?
Due to the bespoke nature of the products, we cannot allow cancellation after the order has been confirmed. Any cancelations must be done before you receive our Confirmation email notification. Please email us at

with your order number if you wish to cancel the order.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
The total time taken to process your order and including shipping is approximately 20 – 22 weeks. This time includes the material allocation, time to build and construct your furniture, packaging, shipping and transit to distribution center, and transit
to your delivery address. You will be notified once your order is shipped out from our manufacturing facility with the estimated arrival date at our distribution center.
4. How accurate is your delivery date?
Estimated delivery dates are based on arrival into our US distribution centers. Delivery to your designated ship-to address will vary based on location. Although we strive to provide the best estimates on your shipping and delivery dates, circumstances beyond our control may cause these dates to vary. In the event of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified of the revised delivery date.
5. Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
Yes, each single order will be shipped in a single delivery once all items are ready.
6. Can I exchange my item for a different model?
We do not offer exchanges. You may order a new item and return an item that you’ve received. Refer to the Returns and Refunds policy in the Terms and Conditions. Payment for the new item would be taken at the time of the order. A refund for the returned
item will not be processed until we confirm that the item(s) have been collected back in good condition.
7. What happens if my order has arrived but I can't accept delivery?
We can hold the order for free up to 10 calendar days after arrival at our US distribution center. After 10 days, storage fees apply per day and per box. Please contact us for the quote if you need us to hold your order beyond the 10 calendar days.
8. Why are there variants in the color, carvings of my furniture?
Christopher Guy furniture are handmade and hand crafted by our artisans and finishing are applied by hand. Wood grains, veneers, marbles, and mosaics may also vary in their patterns, veins, colors due to the nature of the material. Such distinctions are
not construed as a flaw but rather the peerless unique character of each individual piece. The handmade quality is what makes Christopher Guy designs truly unique in the world of mass-produced conformity.
9. Do you have any items in stock for immediate delivery?
We currently do not have any items available for immediate delivery. Due to varieties offered in fabrics, wood stains, and cushions, all items are made to order for each customer based on his or her preferences. Ready stocks will be introduced in the
near future for quick delivery.
10. Will your delivery team help to take away my old furniture?
We recommend that you have your area cleared before your new furniture arrives. Our delivery team will not remove any of your existing/old furniture out from your premise and will not be involved either to move any of your existing furniture as well due
to liability concerns.
11. What kind of wood do you use to make your furniture?
We use mainly Mahogany hardwood for most of our furniture, which are sourced from certified suppliers.
12. How can I care for the furniture I purchased from CG Online?

13. Do you provide warranty for your furniture?
CG does not have specific warranties but stand behind our products. Please be sure to inspect your products before our delivery team leave the premises. In the event that you observe significant damage to the product’s outer packaging, and, upon opening, find damages to such, please reject the shipment and
have the carrier return it to us.
14. How will I know if my furniture will fit through my door?
We highly recommend that you check and measure your space, stairways and doors to ensure the furniture can fit, before purchasing or arranging delivery so as to ensure a smooth delivery process.
15. Can your delivery team help me to install mirrors, frames and lightings I have ordered to my wall?
Our white-glove delivery service does not include carpentry work such as drilling to walls, hacking, install hangers/screws to walls due to liability concerns. We will perform unpacking and simple assembly work like attaching legs to the table, connecting the sectional sofas etc.
Screws and wall anchors for fixing to the wall/ ceiling are not provided and must be selected for the specified wall/ceiling material. Always seek a qualified trade professional for proper installation according to the local code requirements.
